  I went through the drive up today at 5:20 pm. I could not see the boys name on his tag that took my order but it said team leader. Jillian was at the window, she was very pleasant, I told her that the drink was wrong, she was more than willing to fix it but he was rude to her. He acted as if she screwed it up when really he was the one who took the order.Then he barked at her about 5 cars waiting while she was getting the drink. I don't think he had to be so rude to her and she looked embarrassed. Maybe she should be the team leader. She certainly knows how to be nice to people. Thanks Jillian .
